Triggers, panels and my library not working

Subject of the issue

I can not restore my trigger to record data on autopi, I can not load new library or delete to restore trigger … share block my delete but also share button is disabled/freezed … why I don t say
(also on iPhone and safari usually I must empty cache to work but in this case not work )
