I would strongly suggest to review your product copy and simplify your terminology, tutorials, and documentation.
EXAMPLES
DONGLE ID
You are using DONGLE ID term in your PDF and printed page that I received with your device, but on your website, you are asking the user to register AUTOPI DONGLE KEY. Most likely it will confuse some users when they will need to enter these details.
WIFI PASSWORD
It would be probably much simpler for users to understand WIFI login details if you provide WIFI SSID and WIFI Password in two lines instead placing these details inside the DONGLE ID and then providing indicators that FIRST 13 or LAST 13 digits belongs to WIFI.
