I am having issue to identify hardware/board version to match with the AutoPi OS image version

Upon looking at the PCB silkscreen, it says AutoPi rev 1.4. Is this the hardware version? I don’t see the image for this board version is here:
Please help how to identify the correct hardware/board version?
