Entertainment server in a Honda Civic

Considering getting one of these for my new Honda Civic (2018). Anyone used one in this car before, successfully or unsuccessfully?

I’d like to extend it’s use to be a server for an in-car entertainment system too. Any body do that? I’d basically like to connect a couple of tablets to it over wifi, using hostapd, and give them 4G access to Netflix/Disney+, and also plug a USB drive in with some videos and share using Samba or something. Sound feasible? Will it be able to power a USB drive?

Replying to myself to try to keep the topic open. Does not bode well that nobody has responded after a month. Desire to purchase waning.
