AutoPi dongle is on LTE connection but off-line on the cloud

Subject of the issue

can not connect dongle to AutoPi Cloud in my.autopi.io while on local http://local.autopi.io LTE connection is active.

Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

The icon expected to be green and functionality of cloud available

Actual behaviour

The icon is Red

While on local connection with the Dongle, my public IP is LTE IP.
