Supported PIDs?

Hi, when I type in obd.commands I do get a list of available commands including those three:
PIDS_A: ‘Supported PIDs [01-20]’
PIDS_B: ‘Supported PIDs [41-60]’
PIDS_C: ‘Supported PIDs [21-40]’

What does this mean? That the car supports the standard PIDs from 01-60 as stated on:
