My WiFi is not visible even if the Device is not turned on

Steps to reproduce
I tried to connect my device to the obd-ll port, when i start my engine, the device turns on but the wifi signal never shows up, the support team told me to reflash the device but to be honest i have no idea of how to do it, anyone with some experience can help me please?
Expected behaviour
The WiFi signal shows up in my phone/tablet
Actual behaviour
The WiFi signal never shows up in my phone/tablet

I cannot connect to my device, no WiFi signal
