is it possible to program the car with the AutoPi like VCDS?

As you may already know, VCDS is a tool intended for workshops, mechanics and others working on VAG cars. It has a lot of manufacturer specific features for diagnosis and programming over the OBD-II port.
In terms of hardware capabilities the AutoPi Dongle will be able to perform a lot, if not all, of the same features. Unfortunately the software specifications for these features are not open source and therefore we can not immediately implement them in our solution. However it is possible to discover many manufacturer specific features and information using reverse engineering techniques.
