No power on OBD dongle

Subject of the issue

I purchased Autopi OBD dongle (Gen2) and I have been using it so far without any problem.
However, yesterday there was a problem that power does not come out during the following steps to install “Amazon Alexa AVS device SDK”

  1. Connected ssh to auto.pi
  2. Run the “sudo apt-get upgrade” command
  3. Network disconnected/failed during updating

Dongle doesn’t power after update failed. (No green LED light onboard)
Please help me to resolve the this issue.
