No data from obd

Hello, i just receive my dongle and no obd data is available.
With the engine On,when i try the command : obd.status all value return null.
Can you help me?

Hello, yes the engine is running.
The car is a Fiat Grande Punto 2009

Can you try this command while the engine is running:

obd.commands

This will give you a list of available commands.

Same problem here with Skoda Octavia 2016, all values = null.

obd.commands
CLEAR_DTC: Clear DTCs and Freeze data
ELM_VERSION: ELM327 version string
ELM_VOLTAGE: Voltage detected by OBD-II adapter
GET_CURRENT_DTC: Get DTCs from the current/last driving cycle
GET_DTC: Get DTCs
MIDS_A: 'Supported MIDs [01-20]'
PIDS_A: 'Supported PIDs [01-20]'

I have a second mount Alarm on my car who is connected to the obd port, when I disconect it i have some data.

I have only the AutoPi connected to my car.

After the first ride > 10min I now have data in my dashboard.
