There is no way to insert or to take out the sim card without a tool. It would be great if you could improve this part by providing a tray to place a sim card (like on iPhone). This would also resolve many mistakes associated with inserting the card in 4 different ways.
Excellent idea. We actually already have been investigating the idea with the sim tray. There is some design obstacles that will need to be solved, but it may be something we would include in the future.
