Hi,
I’ve tried (3) different cellular cards (1) VZW data only and added in the correct name, (1) ATT data only and added in correct name and (1) VZW voice/data and all failed. I would like to use this unit, however, I can’t keep trying new cellular cards/providers. Have any new releases fixed this issue where it connects for a few minutes then disconnects?

We recommend T-Mobile or AT&T normal sim cards.
Regarding the ATT data only SIM: the modem is fully capable of a 4G connection but ATT’s system considers it to be a 3G only modem and as such it will not activate it for usage.
