Car dashboard project with analogue inputs

I am looking at using an Arduino based PLC to get input data from a range of analogue sensors in my car, temp, pressure etc. The car is pre OBD and has aftermarket sensors.

The PLC I am looking at is a https://www.controllino.biz/product/controllino-mini/ and was looking at a Pi4 and a 7in touchscreen.

Looking at the AutoPi as an interconnect primarily for it’s dashboard functionality, are there suitable plugins or a code interface to allow me to send the Auto Pi data from the controllino?
