Can't get a connection through the cloud app

Hello,

My 2nd Gen dongle seems to be setup, in the sense that I once had access to the settings etc through the cloud app.

It lay idle for a few months and now back to it… when I connect it to the car it seems to ping the servers, but doesn’t sustain a connection.

Any time I log into the cloud app it says last connection was x minutes ago. Seems like when the Pi starts up it pings the server and that is it.

How can I resolve?

The dashboard also tells me the device is out of date, and says update pending. Doesn’t seem to be pushing any updates though.

What do people think? Very frustrating to say the least because I need to be in the car to try this stuff out.
