Cannot login to dongle through my.autopi

Steps to reproduce

The wifi in the car works I can connect to it locally and the local login indicates that the dongle is ok, but I cannot connect to it through my.autopi, it just shows the device as red in my.aotopi.

Expected behaviour

Able to connect through my.autopi

Actual behaviour

Yesterday i installed the dongle it worked fine I could login locally and also login to it from any device through my.autopi.io, worked fine.
I took it out and this morning I put it back in again. The wifi in the car works I can connect to it locally and the local login indicates that the dongle is ok, but I cannot connect to it through my.autopi, it just shows the device as red (I changed the name to try something in the last screenshot, didn’t help :slight_smile: ).

Hi.
First time, you should send an email to register your dongle.
did you do it ?

Hi, thanks for the answer. No I didn’t it just started working immediately.
But that was just for a short while. Then it didn’t work for almost all of the day. I gave it one more try last night and then it did work, no changes nothing done meanwhile. Hopefully it will stay that way now.
