CAN sniffer not getting data

No data recored when use CAN sniffer

Dongle software version 2020.05.27 / BMW Serie 3 coupe (E92) 2013

Choose OBD protocol, set recording seconds and click on record. Use car windows to generate information.

Expecting some data to be captured

Output window is displaying, No data recorded.

I have tried 3 possible OBDs configuration, only one has connection, but still no data.

Do you know how to read from OBD2 in my vehicle?, Which is best protocol? (Autodetected one doesn’t work for sniffing)
