I cannot see my dongle online with the cloud
When i connect in the local mode i have all green no wifi connection i use the 4g sim.
When i connect in cloud mode the dongle always appear offline.
I have check the id in ssh mode, it’s the same than the local and the cloud.
So why i can see it in the cloud?

Your ID was denied by our backend, most lilkely because you’ve recently reflashed your device.
We’ve reaccepted your device and you should be good to go.
